30-Day Free Returns and Exchanges

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged for free within 30 days of delivery.

Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging when possible.
Items with signs of wear, fragrance, stains, alteration, or damage may not be eligible.
Final sale items, gift cards, and hygiene-sensitive items may be excluded where applicable.

Email info@Luvemie.com with your order number, the item you want to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

After your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may vary.

For exchanges, tell us the preferred size, color, or replacement item. Availability is subject to current stock.
